A resin detail set, not an airplane model. This resin set from Aires in 1:48 scale brings separate control surfaces for the Swedish Saab J35 Draken fighter. It lets you swap the stiff surfaces from the box for finely rendered resin parts that can also be set at a realistic deflection. The set is intended for experienced modelers; the base kit has to be bought separately.
The Saab 35 Draken was a Swedish supersonic fighter with a distinctive double delta wing that entered service at the turn of the 1950s and 1960s. Its elevons and rudder had a pronounced texture, which the resin surfaces capture faithfully and allow you to set them deflected, as the machine looked when parked on the apron.
This is a detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
