This is a resin aftermarket detail set, not a model of the aircraft. It contains faithfully cast wing pylons for models of the jet trainer Aero L-39C Albatros in 1:48 scale. The castings replace the simplified plastic parts from the box and allow a realistic mounting of the stores.
The L-39C is the basic training version of the Albatros, on which the pylons most often serve for drop tanks or training armament. Precise castings will help to place the stores correctly and will raise the realism of the model. The set is intended for a particular type of aircraft, and it is a good idea to check the fit before building.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks away and clean them up. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Carry out the sanding of resin with respiratory protection. A primer has proved itself for painting.
This is an accessory for advanced modelers. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
