An extended set of masks for the General Dynamics F-111 in 1:48 scale from the manufacturer New Ware in the Advanced variant, films for the cabin, the wheels and further airframe details for a truly clean spray.
Responsibility details are not available.
An extended set of precisely cut masking films from New Ware for kits of the General Dynamics F-111 in 1:48 scale. The Advanced variant goes beyond the basic grade: besides the cabin glazing and the landing gear wheels it also allows for other elements of the airframe, so it covers a greater part of the masking work on a model.
The F-111, known among crews by the nickname Aardvark, was an American two-seat tactical aircraft and the first series machine with a variable-geometry wing. The pair of airmen sat side by side under one large canopy and the machine could penetrate to a target at low altitude in all weathers. It served from the 1960s, with the Royal Australian Air Force until 2010. The large glazing and the busy airframe simply call for good masking.
For modelers who want to do careful work on an F-111 in 1:48 scale not only on the cabin and the wheels but on other surfaces too. Compared with the basic variant it saves further hours of masking by hand.
This is a masking accessory, not a standalone model kit. The set is intended for particular kits of the given type; check compatibility with your kit before ordering.
