This is a resin detail set from Aires in 1:48 scale, that is, an accessory for a kit, not an airplane model. The set adds faithfully cast features that lift the level of detail of a kit of the Me 262A jet fighter. The castings capture structures that injection-molded plastic usually simplifies.
The Messerschmitt Me 262 Schwalbe was a German twin-engine jet aircraft of the end of the Second World War and one of the first jet fighters put into service in quantity. It was powered by two turbojets in nacelles under the wing and carried its armament in the nose.
First wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, separate them carefully from the casting blocks and bond with super glue. Sand with respiratory protection. It is advisable to assemble and paint the smaller details first and only then seat them in the build.
