The interior 1:48 Mikoyan MiG-21PFM interior-grey is a resin cockpit set with a seat, a gunsight and photo-etched parts for the Soviet fighter.

The MiG-21PFM interior-grey set replaces the entire pilot's compartment of the fighter. The package contains the cockpit tub with side panels and rear bulkhead, an ejection seat with cushion and headrest, the instrument panel, a reflector gunsight with clear reflector glass, the pedals, the control stick and, in addition, color and unprinted photo-etched parts. The word in the name refers to the gray shade of the castings.
The MiG-21PFM was an interceptor with the radar housed in the cone of the air intake. Against the older versions it received a canopy hinged to the side and a new ejection seat, because the previous solution, in which the canopy served the pilot as a protective shield, had not proved itself. There was no built-in cannon and an external gun pod was counted on instead. It flew in the service of the Warsaw Pact states and of a number of other countries, and in the Czechoslovak Air Force it was among the most widespread types.
Wash the castings in warm water with detergent and let them dry freely. Cut off the casting blocks dry with a fine saw, and sand under water and with respiratory protection. Fit the clear glass of the gunsight last of all, using clear varnish or a glue intended for glazing, so that it does not fog.
