Mi-35M - a Zoom photo-etched set (1:48, Eduard)

It is not a model of the helicopter but a photo-etched set of the Zoom line. Zoom is a simplified set aimed above all at color-printed (pre-painted) photo-etched parts for the interior - instrument panels, controls and seat belts. It lifts the detail of the cockpit of the Mil Mi-35M attack helicopter in 1:48 scale without the need to paint the instrument panels. The set is shaped for the Mi-35M kit from Zvezda.

What the set contains and how it is used

• Color-printed photo-etched parts for the interior - instrument panels, consoles and belts, which can be fitted straight away without painting.
• The Zoom line concentrates on the features of the cockpit that matter most to the view, not on fully sourcing the whole airframe.
• Cut the parts off the fret with a sharp knife and make the folds on a bending tool or along a rule.
• Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate); ordinary cement for plastic does not hold on metal.
• The set is intended for the particular Mi-35M kit from Zvezda - fit the panels in place of the plastic ones or over them.

Who the set is for

For modelers who are building the Mi-35M in 1:48 scale from Zvezda and want to lift the cockpit quickly and effectively. Thanks to the color parts the Zoom line is accessible even to builders less experienced with photo-etched metal, but still count on working with super glue.

The set is supplied as photo-etched metal parts; the base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
