This item is not a helicopter kit but a photo-etched accessory set focused on one particular assembly: the floor of the cargo compartment. It belongs among Eduard's full photo-etched sets, that is not among the narrower colored Zoom sets. The manufacturer is Eduard, a Czech brand from Obrnice near Most.
The cargo compartment of the Mi-4 is a problematic place on a model. Injection-molded plastic cannot render the anti-slip texture, the tie-down fittings and the perforations believably, because every such structure has to have a certain thickness in plastic. Photo-etched sheet, by contrast, is thin and the relief is pressed into it sharply. If you are building a model with the cargo doors or the side door open, the floor is precisely what is visible at first glance, and the difference against a plastic part tells.
The Mil Mi-4 was a Soviet transport helicopter of the 1950s with a piston radial engine and a four-blade main rotor. The cargo compartment in the rear part of the fuselage was accessible through doors and served for carrying cargo and troops; the Mi-4A version was the transport and assault variant of the machine.
Fit the floor as early as possible, before you glue the halves of the fuselage together, and dry-fit it to see whether it is in the way anywhere. The original plastic relief usually has to go, so count on sanding and on having to level the area. Separate the photo-etching on a hard backing with a sharp knife and bend it over a straight edge or in a bending tool. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue in spots, so that the sheet does not ripple. Degrease the metal before painting and spray it with primer, otherwise the paint will not hold and will rub off during handling.
