A set of the SPACE line from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:48 scale. It combines layered 3D decals with pre-painted photo-etched parts of steel (STEEL). The decals reproduce the instrument panel, the side panels and the details of the cockpit with a plastic three-dimensional effect, while the photo-etched parts add the seat belts and fine features. The set serves for detailing the cockpit of a plastic model of the Mitsubishi A6M3 Zero.

The real subject

The Mitsubishi A6M Zero was a Japanese carrier fighter famous for its long range and outstanding agility. The A6M3 version brought changes to the engine and, in one of its sub-versions, clipped wingtips. The Zero was among the main fighters of Japanese naval aviation in the early phases of the war in the Pacific.
