This resin detail set brings finely cast exhausts for a model of the American OV-10 Bronco aircraft in the A and B versions in 1:48 scale. It is not a stand-alone airplane model but an accessory that replaces the exhausts from the base kit and raises the fidelity of the engine nacelles. The castings have open outlets and a fine surface.
The OV-10 Bronco was an American twin-engine turboprop aircraft designed for observation, forward air control and light support. It stood out for its twin-boom layout, excellent endurance and its ability to operate from short, unprepared strips. It served with several armed forces and in observation and firefighting roles.
Wash the mold release residue off the parts, carefully separate them from the casting blocks and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. The exhausts come alive once they are painted in metallic shades and the traces of wear are lightly picked out.
This is an add-on set, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
