A resin detail accessory of the Quickboost brand, not a stand-alone model. The set holds miniature bomb fuzes in 1:48 scale that are fitted to the bombs of a Petlyakov Pe-2 bomber model. The small castings add a realistic detail where a plastic kit tends to be simplified.
The Petlyakov Pe-2 was a Soviet-built twin-engine bomber and attack aircraft of the Second World War, used in large numbers. Its bomb armament becomes a more prominent feature above all on models with the bomb bay open or with bombs on the racks.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts and separate them carefully from the casting blocks, because they are small. They are bonded with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). We recommend painting them separately and fitting them to the bombs only after the base coat. Protect your airways while sanding.
This is an accessory for a kit, not a complete model. The paints, the glue, the kit and the bombs are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
