A set of the SPACE range from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:48 scale. It joins layered 3D decals with pre-painted photo-etched parts in steel (STEEL). The decals carry the instrument panel, the side consoles and cockpit details with a raised three-dimensional effect, and the photo-etched parts add the seat belts and fine features. The set is meant for detailing the cockpit of a plastic Republic P-47N Thunderbolt model.
The Republic P-47 Thunderbolt was a massive American single-engine fighter powered by a radial engine with a turbocharger. The N version was the long-range variant for the Pacific theater with an enlarged wing and a greater fuel supply, intended to escort bombers over long distances.
This is not an aircraft kit. The set is a cockpit detail accessory for a P-47N Thunderbolt model; the model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
