Royal Aircraft Factory SE.5a LööK 1:48 (Eduard detail set)

This product is not a kit but a detail accessory for the cockpit. The LööK set combines a resin instrument panel, already painted at the factory and ready to fit with the dials rendered, with steel photo-etched seat belts. It replaces the plastic panel from the base kit and raises the realism of the interior with no painting. The accessory is intended for models of the British Royal Aircraft Factory SE.5a fighter biplane of the First World War in 1:48 scale.

Use

  • Swap the plastic instrument panel for the resin one from LööK.
  • Bond the resin parts with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
  • Shape the steel belts and fit them into the pilot's seat.

No, the instrument panel is painted at the factory and ready for immediate use.

With cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); ordinary cement for plastic does not hold on resin.
