Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Polish RWD-8 trainer and liaison aircraft in 1:48 scale from Mirage Hobby. The package holds plastic sprues, a clear part and decals. It is a typical light high-wing aircraft with fixed landing gear and open cockpits.
The RWD-8 was a Polish two-seat trainer and liaison high-wing aircraft of the 1930s. It became one of the most widespread aircraft of Polish design of all: it was built in large numbers and served above all as a basic school machine for training pilots. Thanks to its simple and durable structure it suited school and auxiliary duties alike, and some of the machines were used outside Poland as well.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and glue them with thin liquid cement for plastic. On a high-wing aircraft take care over the correct seating of the struts and the parallel alignment of the wing with the fuselage, and help yourself with a temporary support until it dries if need be. Mask the glazing, lay down a primer and spray the paint in thin coats. Open cockpits reward fine accenting of the detail with a wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
