1:48 Saab J-35 Draken wheels Type 2 is a resin set of replacement wheels from the Eduard brand out of the Brassin program. It is an add-on for a model of the Swedish J 35 Draken fighter, not a kit in its own right.

This item is not an airplane model but an add-on set of replacement wheels for a model of the Swedish Saab J 35 Draken fighter in 1:48 scale. It comes from the Brassin program of the Czech manufacturer Eduard. Two versions are available for the Draken, Type 1 and Type 2, listed as two separate items - this one is the second of them. Which type you need is most reliably told from photographs of the particular machine and period you want to build.
The Draken came about at a time when Sweden needed an interceptor able to catch fast bombers and at the same time to operate away from classic air bases. The result was the double delta, a wing with two different sweep angles, which allowed large internal volumes for fuel without a loss of performance at high speeds. The machine flew in the mid 1950s, served in Swedish colors for decades and was exported to Denmark, Finland and Austria. Operating from stretches of road as part of dispersed defense placed high demands on the undercarriage and the tires.
Paint the wheels separately from the airframe. The hub and the tire have a different shade and a different degree of gloss, so it pays to separate them by masking or to paint them before fitting. A tire comes across more faithfully in dark gray than in pure black; a final dusting of the tread with pigment livens the model up markedly. For gluing, use super glue.
