It holds photo-etched metal parts that replace or complete those sections of a plastic kit where the simplification shows most. The maker is the Czech firm Hauler. The product is an accessory for a model that you buy separately, and on its own it does not give a model. The set is cut for the Tamiya kit.
The Sd.Kfz. 139 Marder III was a German tank destroyer of the Second World War period. It came about by mounting a captured 76.2 mm anti-tank gun of Soviet origin on the chassis of the Panzer 38(t) light tank of Czechoslovak design. The fighting compartment was open at the top and protected only by thin shields, so a large part of the superstructure and of the gun position stays in view on a model. It is precisely open vehicles that benefit most from photo-etched detail, because on them nothing can be hidden under a closed hull.
With a basic set it pays to plan the procedure ahead: most of the photo-etched parts are glued on before the hull is closed and before the base color is sprayed. Wash the fret first in warm water with detergent and let it dry; grease from your fingers is the main reason why paint holds poorly on photo-etch. Cut off the plastic details that the photo-etch replaces and sand the area flat. Glue with super glue in drops the size of a pinhead. Once the photo-etch is glued on, go over the whole model with primer, which unifies both metal and plastic under one color.
This is an accessory set, not a kit of the vehicle. The Tamiya base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
