This is a resin detail set that opens up the onboard gun bays on the plastic kit of the SEPECAT Jaguar attack aircraft. The parts are cast with accurate inner definition, stiffeners and gun mountings, which lets you build the model with the gun bays uncovered. The set markedly raises the detail of the lower fuselage.
The SEPECAT Jaguar is a British and French single-seat attack aircraft of the Cold War, developed in a joint program between the two countries. It was used in the tactical strike and reconnaissance role. It was marked by a slender fuselage and the ability to operate from less prepared surfaces.
First wash the parts to remove any mold release agent and cut off the casting blocks. Bond the resin with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and sand with your airways protected. Openings have to be cut in the fuselage for the uncovered bays; paint the inside carefully and bring it out with a wash before closing it up.
An accessory for a plastic kit. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
