Montex 1:48 Spitfire Mk.I is a set of pre-cut self-adhesive painting masks for a plastic kit you have already bought, not a model or a kit. It serves for spraying the frames of the cabin glazing on the Tamiya model precisely.

The set contains pre-cut self-adhesive painting masks for a model of the British fighter Supermarine Spitfire Mk.I in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit - there are no plastic parts in the package and the set by itself will not make a model. The templates are cut to the shape of the glazing of the particular Tamiya kit, so they need not fit a model of the same aircraft from another maker.
The Spitfire Mk.I was the first series-built rendering of the single-seat fighter with the Rolls-Royce Merlin engine and the characteristic elliptical wing. The armament consisted of 7.7 mm machine guns housed in the wing. The cabin had a fixed framed windshield and a canopy that slid to the rear. The early machines flew with a two-blade wooden propeller; later a three-blade propeller with adjustable blades became the standard. The Mk.I is the rendering associated with the activity of British fighter aviation in 1940.
Masking the frames freehand is one of the most laborious steps of a build on a canopy in 1:48 scale: the tape has to be cut into strips barely a millimeter wide and kept straight. Pre-cut templates cut this work down to minutes and the sprayed edge comes out sharp along the whole length of the frame. Degrease the glazing before sticking the masks on, lay the templates with tweezers and press the edges down thoroughly with a wooden stick, so that the paint does not run underneath them. Spray thin layers - a heavy coat will create a noticeable step at the edge of the mask. Apply the shade of the cabin interior first and only then the external camouflage.
The set is an accessory to a plastic kit, which it does not contain. The paints, the glue and other materials are not included in the package.
