The decal set from the maker DK Decals in 1:48 scale brings markings for Supermarine Spitfire Mk.V fighters serving with squadrons of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). The decals are printed by the waterslide technique and offer several different camouflage and color schemes of particular machines and pilots.
The Supermarine Spitfire Mk.V was one of the most widespread versions of the legendary British fighter. Australian squadrons operated it over Europe and in other areas as well. The set makes it possible to build a particular historical machine with documented markings.
For modelers building the Spitfire Mk.V who want to set their model apart with authentic markings of Australian units.
This is a decal set, not a model. The kit itself and paints are not included in the package.
