Self-adhesive Peewit painting masks for the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vb in 1:48 scale make it easier to spray the canopy frames and the adjoining areas accurately. This is an accessory, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely pre-cut self-adhesive painting masks for masking the glazing and the canopy frames when spraying. The masks make painting faster and more accurate, so that the resulting edges of the frames are sharp and free of paint bleed. The set is cut for the earlier variant of the canopy shape of this real subject, which is the British Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vb fighter. This is not a kit but an accessory that makes painting a particular model easier. The manufacturer is Peewit.
The Supermarine Spitfire Mk.V was the most widespread fighter variant of the Spitfire from the middle part of the Second World War. The Mk.Vb subversion carried a wing with two cannons and four machine guns and was deployed on many fronts. The shape of the canopy of the Spitfire changed during production, which is why the manufacturer offers the masks in variants according to the particular form.
The masks are supplied without paints; paints and glue are not included in the package.
