This is a resin detail set, not a standalone model. The castings in 1:48 scale from the Czech maker Eduard replace the plastic wheels from the box with more faithful resin wheels with a fine tire tread and hub detail, for a model of the Soviet Su-25 attack aircraft.
The Sukhoi Su-25 is a single-seat subsonic attack aircraft intended for close support of ground forces. It is marked by a rugged structure, an armored cockpit and heavy gun and rocket armament.
Resin wheels have sharper detail than the kit plastic parts and are often supplied with a suggested load on the tire. Wash the parts to remove the mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue. Protect your airways when sanding resin.
