These are masking templates cut from kabuki paper, that is from a thin self-adhesive paper tape, meant for the exhaust nozzles of the Su-27UB aircraft in 1:48 scale. The nozzles belong among the places where several metallic tones and transitions meet on a small area; the boundaries between them are hard to hold freehand, and it is precisely those that a template delimits. The number and the supplementary designation in the name tell the individual parts of the same line apart, so check the extent of the particular set in the manufacturer's instructions.
The Su-27 is a heavy Russian twin-engine combat aircraft with a pair of engines placed far apart. The version with the suffix UB is the two-seat combat trainer modification with the seats one behind the other and with a higher canopy; it has the fuselage and the rear end in common with the base version, though, so a masking template for the nozzles comes from the same shape.
