TF-104G/F-104DJ ADVANCED kabuki masks, 1:48 scale

An extended set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks of kabuki (washi) paper for models of the two-seat versions of the Starfighter fighter (TF-104G and F-104DJ) in 1:48 scale. The longer two-seat canopy has more glazing frames than the single-seat versions, so pre-cut masks make the work considerably easier. The ADVANCED edition usually covers the landing gear wheels and other areas with a crisp color transition besides the canopy. It is not a kit but a masking accessory.

Use

• Lift the masks off the sheet and place them on the clean, degreased two-seat canopy.
• Place the small frames with tweezers; kabuki paper follows the curves.
• Spray the paint in thin coats, so that it does not creep under the edge of the mask.
• Once dry, peel the masks off gently; they leave no adhesive residue.
