Seat belts Soviet Union WWII fighters STEEL 1:48 are pre-printed Eduard photo-etched belts on thin flexible steel for the cockpits of Soviet fighters of the Second World War. This is an accessory, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set brings the seat belts of the pilot seat from Eduard in 1:48 scale, made as pre-printed photo-etched parts on thin, flexible steel. It is a modeling accessory for refining the cockpit, not an aircraft kit. The steel version combines the pre-printed coloring with the springiness of metal, so the belts look finer and drape more naturally.
They replace simplified or missing belts in a plastic interior. The subjects are fighters of the Soviet Air Force of the Second World War, that is types such as the Yak, the Lavochkin or the MiG, on which this set gives the seat a realistic level of detail.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife; the steel belts hold their shape well once bent and drape naturally over the seat. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The printed finish can simply be sealed with a matte clear coat if needed.
The accessory is supplied unfitted. The base model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
