An all-resin kit of the American Type A-3 airfield fuel trailer with a capacity of 600 gallons from the Second World War period, in 1:48 scale, from CMK. It is a complete model in resin for more experienced modelers. It goes excellently with aircraft models and airfield dioramas.
Fuel trailers of this type served in the Second World War to move and deliver fuel at Allied airfields. They were an essential part of the support that kept combat aircraft flying, and in a diorama they add credibility and life to a scene around aircraft.
Before building, wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut the casting blocks off carefully and sand with respiratory protection. Bond the resin parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a good primer before painting; the weathering of fuel stains and dust is made with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied as a resin kit, unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
