About product

Yak-130 EXPERT painting masks 1:48 (New Ware)

An extended set of painting masks from New Ware at the EXPERT level for the Yakovlev Yak-130 model in 1:48 scale. EXPERT is the most complete level of the range and beyond the glazing it also covers further surface elements, so it allows thorough and detailed masking of the whole model. The masks are die-cut from yellow kabuki tape.

Use

  • Degrease the glazing and the surfaces and apply the mask to a clean, dry surface.
  • Burnish the edges carefully so that paint cannot creep under the edge.
  • Spray in thin coats and peel the mask off while the paint is still slightly supple.

Who it is for

For demanding modelers who want the most comprehensive and accurate masking of a Yak-130 model.

The masks contain no paints and no model; they serve only for masking while spraying.
