Responsibility details are not available.
This is a separate decal set for a plastic kit, not the kit itself. The decals are intended for the He 59B and He 59D versions in 1:72 scale and are tied by theme to the service of this type in Finland. The exact number of schemes and the breakdown of the markings is not stated here.
The Heinkel He 59 was a German twin-engine biplane on floats from the early 1930s. Structurally it combined a tubular frame with a fabric and metal skin, which at a low cruising speed gave it great endurance and the ability to operate even from a rough sea. It served for maritime reconnaissance and training, later above all for finding and picking up crews from the water. The He 59B and He 59D versions differ in equipment and in the treatment of the fuselage; the service of the type in Finland is tied to operations in the Baltic and the Gulf of Finland, and the particular units and the affiliation of the machines are not stated here.
Decals always belong on a smooth gloss surface. A matte varnish under them creates microscopic unevenness and a silvery veil appears around the subject that can no longer be removed. Cut the sheet up by individual subjects, dip each of them in lukewarm water for a few seconds and let it rest on a paper towel until the carrier begins to slide on its own. Put a drop of water on the place it is to go, slide the decal on and blot the surplus water from the center to the edges. On surfaces with engraving and rivets use a decal softener; on larger subjects, twice lightly rather than once heavily. Once fully dry, varnish the surface and only then flatten the finish.
The package holds decals only. A kit, paints and glue are not part of it.
