This is a set of two resin GRU-7A ejection seats made by 3D printing, not an airplane kit. They replace the kit seats in the cockpit of a model of the American Grumman F-14A/B Tomcat carrier fighter in 1:48 scale. This version matches the early style of the seats and comes complete with the seat harness; the package holds two pieces, one for each crew station of the tandem cockpit.
The seats markedly improve the fidelity of the well-exposed Tomcat cockpit. 3D printing captures the belts, buckles, ejection handles, panels and the texture of the upholstery, which injection-molded plastic cannot render.
The set is an accessory, not a complete model. Paints, glue and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
