A 3D-printed resin kit of the towed ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft gun in 1:72 scale. It is a stand-alone model of the weapon intended for more experienced modelers; the parts are printed from resin with the fine definition typical of 3D printing.
The ZU-23-2 is a Soviet towed twin-barrel automatic gun of 23 mm caliber introduced in the early 1960s. Thanks to its simplicity, reliability and high rate of fire it spread all over the world and to this day serves against low-flying targets as well as in ground fire. It appears with a number of armies and in many conflicts, which makes it a rewarding subject for dioramas and for mounting on vehicles.
First wash the print resin residue off the parts, separate them carefully from the print supports and clean them up. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. We recommend a primer, then an airbrush and picking out the mechanism with a wash and drybrushing.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
