SX-Art 1:72 Handley Page Victor B.Mk.2 - paint masks is a set of self-adhesive masks for masking the glazing and other areas of a model of the Victor strategic bomber precisely.
Responsibility details are not available.
SX-Art paint masks in 1:72 scale for a model of the British Handley Page Victor B.Mk.2 strategic bomber. The self-adhesive films follow the shapes of the cockpit glazing and other areas exactly, so masking a large model is faster and more precise than cutting tape by hand.
The Handley Page Victor was one of the three British strategic bombers of the V series (the V-bombers), which during the Cold War carried the British nuclear deterrent. Its characteristic crescent-shaped wing gave it excellent high-altitude qualities. The B.Mk.2 version had more powerful engines and a higher ceiling; later a number of machines were converted into aerial tankers, in which role the Victor served into the 1990s.
Take the masks off the sheet, seat them exactly on the glazing and press the edges down. Spray the paint in thin coats with an airbrush and pull the mask off once it has set. On a large bomber model masks markedly speed up and sharpen the work on the frames.
This is a masking set, not a paint or a model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
