Responsibility details are not available.
The French naval commandos led during the Second World War by Philippe Kieffer belonged to the French volunteers fighting on the Allied side. They are best known in connection with the landings in Normandy, where they went in together with the British commandos. That showed in their equipment: British weapons and British-cut kit on French soldiers are typical of this unit and on a figure they are a rewarding theme to paint.
One figure of a soldier in 1:35 scale, marked in the line with the sequence number nine. A figure 1.75 meters tall comes out at roughly fifty millimeters in this scale, so it matches models of military equipment and dioramas in the same scale in size. It is not a kit of a vehicle or an accessory to one, but a figure in its own right.
For builders of dioramas of the Second World War period and for collectors who paint figures on their own. The figure can be used as part of a scene with equipment and as the single figure on a base alike.
The package holds the figure only. Paints, glue and a base are not included, unless stated otherwise.
