The American 101st Airborne Division, nicknamed the Screaming Eagles, was one of the elite Allied formations of the Second World War. It became famous for the drop in Normandy as well as for the hard fighting in north-western Europe. The paratroopers wore the typical jump uniforms and M1 helmets and carried the infantry weapons of their day. The figure captures their appearance faithfully.
