Aber 1:35 40 mm L/70 Bofors - barrel set is a pair of turned metal gun barrels for a model of the M247 Sergeant York anti-aircraft system.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a precisely turned metal set of 40 mm Bofors L/70 gun barrels in 1:35 scale from the Polish brand Aber, meant for a model of the American M247 Sergeant York anti-aircraft system. It is not a kit but a metal detail accessory that replaces the plastic barrels with faithfully made turned parts with accurate muzzles. A metal gun barrel is perfectly straight, robust and looks more realistic than the plastic original.
The M247 Sergeant York was an American self-propelled anti-aircraft system (DIVAD) on a chassis derived from the M48 tank. In its rotating turret it carried a pair of radar-directed rapid-fire 40 mm Bofors L/70 guns, which is exactly why the set contains two barrels.
A metal detail accessory, not a stand-alone model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
