This resin set in 1:35 scale from the Czech maker Firma49 contains replacement hands for model figures, shaped in the holding position. They serve for a natural grip on rifles, submachine guns, tools, ropes and other objects. It is NOT a figure and not a model, it is a detail accessory for modifying and bringing existing figures to life.
Hands in a gripping gesture solve a common problem with production figures, whose palms do not sit accurately on the weapons. Replacing the original hands gives you an accurate grip on the object and a more convincing pose. A resin casting offers crisper detail of the fingers and the skin than soft injection plastic.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, separate them from the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). For a natural look of the skin use flesh tones with fine shading into the recesses between the fingers. Sand with respiratory protection.
