This is a resin detail accessory, not a tank kit. The set contains castings of 8.8 cm rounds for the KwK 36 L/56 gun, with which the legendary German heavy tank Tiger I was armed. The rounds suit the enlivening of an interior, of ammunition boxes and of dioramas in 1:72 scale.
The 8.8 cm KwK 36 L/56 gun was derived from the proven 88 mm antiaircraft gun and made the Tiger I an exceptionally dangerous opponent for its day. The round consisted of a brass cartridge case with a shell, and armor-piercing as well as high-explosive types were used.
Separate the parts carefully from the casting blocks, clean them up and wash the mold release agent off them. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Metallic shades and a fine wash will give the cases and the shells a convincing look.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
