US Navy sailors of the Second World War 1:72 (Brengun) are resin figures for bringing dioramas with US Navy equipment to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a set of resin figures from the Brengun brand in 1:72 scale, depicting American sailors (US Navy) of the Second World War. It is not a model of a vehicle or an aircraft but a diorama accessory that gives a deck or ground scene a human dimension, action and scale. The figures are captured in period uniforms and working poses suited to operating and maintaining equipment.
The figures bring a diorama to life beside aircraft, on the deck of a ship or in a harbor setting and help to tell the story of a scene. Thanks to the 1:72 scale they suit aircraft and smaller equipment and together create a convincing composition.
Wash the figures free of mold release agent, cut the small casting blocks off and clean the surfaces up gently. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). For painting, use a primer, then layering of the colors and a fine wash to bring out the folds of the uniforms and the faces; finish the small details with a dry brush.
The accessory is supplied as unpainted resin figures. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
