ORP Slazak 1943 is a plastic kit of the Polish Hunt II class escort destroyer in 1:700 scale from the manufacturer IBG Models.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit from the Polish manufacturer IBG Models captures the escort destroyer ORP Slazak as she was in 1943. The model is conceived as a waterline (down to the waterline) and offers finely rendered detail of the deck, the armament and the superstructure. The package holds a photo-etched part and decals. Paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
ORP Slazak was an escort destroyer of the Hunt II type, one of the ships of this class operated by the Polish Navy alongside the Royal Navy during the Second World War. The ships of the Hunt class served above all on convoy escort and in anti-aircraft and anti-submarine defense. They were smaller and nimble, suited to escort duty.
Separate the small parts carefully and glue them with a thin cement for plastic; fix the photo-etched railings with super glue. We recommend a primer and an airbrush for an even period naval scheme; accent the detail with a wash and dry brushing.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
