Trumpeter 1:700 Yak-38 is a set of miniature plastic aircraft (12 pieces per box) for populating ship decks and dioramas in 1:700 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The box holds twelve miniature plastic models of the Yak-38 shipboard aircraft in 1:700 scale from Trumpeter. It serves as an accessory for large ship models and dioramas, not as a standalone kit of a single machine. The small parts are injection-molded in clear plastic and, once glued and painted, they complete the air complement of a deck.
The Yak-38 (NATO reporting name Forger) was a Soviet shipboard aircraft with vertical takeoff and landing that served from the decks of Soviet aircraft-carrying cruisers. In 1:700 scale these are very small models that serve as a scale representation of the type.
Because of the small size, work with tweezers and a sharp blade. Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic or a tiny drop of cyanoacrylate glue. Lay down a primer before painting and apply the color in thin coats, preferably with an airbrush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
