This plastic kit in 1:72 scale represents the modern Russian 152 mm self-propelled howitzer 2S35 Koalitsiya-SV. The set from the manufacturer Zvezda contains the parts of the hull, the turret and the running gear; it is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The 2S35 Koalitsiya-SV is the newest Russian artillery system, shown publicly for the first time at the Moscow parade in 2015. On a tracked chassis it carries a fully automated turret with a 152 mm howitzer, which markedly increases the range and the rate of fire compared with older systems. It belongs to the current generation of self-propelled artillery.
First assemble the running gear and the hull, and only then the turret and the gun barrel. Use a liquid cement for plastic and clean up the fine parts carefully. For a faithful look, a base coat, an airbrush and then washes and pigments that bring out the details, the seams and the traces of dust and mud all come in useful.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
