It is not a model of an aircraft but a detail accessory that replaces the intake from the boxed kit with a more accurate casting of a more faithful shape.
The Avia S-199 was a postwar Czechoslovak fighter that came about by combining the airframe of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 with the available Junkers Jumo engine. Because of that combination it had idiosyncratic flying qualities and the nickname Mezek, meaning mule. The CS-199 version was a two-seat trainer. The characteristic shape of the engine air intake is one of the recognition details that a resin replacement makes more accurate.
