A set of photo-etched parts and masking films, Eduard Big Ed B-17F in 1:72 scale, for detailed refinement of a kit of the four-engined bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not an aircraft kit but a pack of Eduard accessories that brings the separately sold photo-etched sets and masking films for a model of the B-17F Flying Fortress bomber in 1:72 scale together into one box. The photo-etched metal parts refine the detail of the plastic kit considerably.
The box combines photo-etched sets aimed at the interior and the exterior of the model with a masking set for the glazing and the wheels. The exact extent follows the current make-up of the Big Ed range for this subject.
The Boeing B-17F Flying Fortress was an American four-engined heavy bomber of the Second World War, used above all on daylight raids over Europe. The F version was marked by its glazed nose and by a number of small design changes compared with the earlier versions.
This is an add-on set, not a kit. The base model, glue, paints and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
