Eduard 1:72 B-24J Liberator masks are precisely shaped painting masks for clean spraying of the glazing and the wheels, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a set of Eduard painting masks in 1:72 scale, that is a modeling accessory and not an aircraft kit. The masks are cut from yellow kabuki paper and their self-adhesive layer follows the glazing frames, and where applicable the wheel rims, exactly. They let you paint the cockpit and the other clear areas with sharp, straight edges without the long job of taping by hand.
The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was an American four-engine heavy bomber of the Second World War, one of the most heavily produced bombers of its day. The B-24J version was among the most widespread and it was used on the European and the Pacific front for long-range bombing raids.
Carefully lift the parts off the sheet, lay them exactly on the cockpit frames and press them down. We suggest spraying the interior color or the primer first and the covering shade after that. Take the masks off while the paint is only dry to the touch, so that the edge does not flake. Any adhesive left behind can be removed with gentle pressure of a finger.
This is an accessory, not a model. The kit itself, paints and glue are not included unless stated otherwise.
