A set of realistic restraint straps for models of the American B-26 Marauder medium bomber in 1:72 scale. The belts are not photo-etch and not resin: they are a 3D-printed self-adhesive decal, that is colored, raised straps with buckles printed on a flexible film. The pre-printed color and shading give a faithful look without painting. The manufacturer is the Czech brand Art Scale (ASK).
The belts are lifted from the backing and placed on the crew seats, where the pliable film follows the shape of the cushion. In the small 1:72 scale a decal faithfully replaces belts that are otherwise hard to make; they are applied by pressing down and the joint can be reinforced with a small drop of cyanoacrylate. Work with tweezers and enough magnification.
The set holds self-adhesive 3D decals of the belts. The seats, the model and paints are not included in the package.
