This is not a kit but an accessory: a set of two vacuum-formed (vacuform) clear canopies for a model of the Bell AH-1 Cobra attack helicopter in the closed version, in 1:72 scale. A vacuform canopy is thinner and clearer than an injection-molded part, so it shows the detail of the cockpit better. Two pieces in the package give a reserve in case something goes wrong while cutting.

Use

• Cut the canopy carefully out of the blister with a sharp knife along the marked line.
• Sand the edges gently flat for a clean fit on the fuselage.
• Glue with a cement for canopies or with a tiny drop of cyanoacrylate glue that does not fog clear material.
• Mask and spray the framing; two pieces allow a second attempt.
