This is a resin detail accessory, not a kit. The set contains the position (navigation) lights of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter of the F, G and K series in 1:72 scale, cast in clear (transparent) resin. Thanks to the transparency the lights can be backed with paint or picked out, so that they look realistic like the real light covers on the wingtips and the fuselage.
Separate the parts from the sprue gates, clean them and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or with a glue for clear parts that does not fog the surface. For a color effect, back the cover with red, green or white paint; polishing can increase the transparency.
Supplied as a resin accessory, unassembled and unpainted; the base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
