The pre-painted photo-etched set 1:72 Bf-110G-2 Weekend from the Czech manufacturer Eduard is an accessory meant for the Weekend edition kit of this twin-engine aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
A smaller photo-etched set from the Zoom line, that is with the color printed on, meant for a model of the Bf-110G-2 in 1:72 scale from the Weekend edition. The Weekend is a more simply equipped issue of the kit, sold without photo-etched parts and masks included, so this kind of accessory is most useful precisely with it. The set is not a model, only an accessory.
Zoom versus the full photo-etched set
Zoom is a smaller pre-painted subset of the full photo-etched set. If you want the more extensive version, a full set for the same subject is made as well. Check the extent of the package and the number of parts on the packaging.
The Messerschmitt Bf 110 is a twin-engine, two-seat aircraft with twin vertical tail surfaces from the Second World War, and the G version is its late development series. In 1:72 scale it makes for a model with a decent span, so there is room for detail to grow.
Do not sand the pre-painted parts down or go over them with a primer, or you would lose the printed color. Separate them with a scalpel on a hard surface and glue them with the smallest possible amount of cyanoacrylate glue, so that the printed detail is not flooded. Smaller parts are easier to carry on a moistened toothpick than with tweezers. Once seated, it is a good idea to emphasize the recesses with a dark wash and to even the surface out at the end with a clear coat of the sheen you want.
The set is an accessory for a kit, not a model in its own right. The kit, the glue and the paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
