About product

Blohm und Voss Bv-222 SPACE – seat belts and instruments, 1:72 (Eduard)

A detailing set from the SPACE range by Eduard in 1:72 scale. It brings together colored, three-dimensionally printed 3D decals of the instrument panels and cockpit consoles with steel photo-etched seat belts. It makes it possible to create a faithful and colorful interior for this giant flying boat quickly.

What the set contains

  • Colored 3D decals of the instrument panels and cockpit consoles
  • Steel photo-etched seat belts
  • Elements for detailing the interior of the Bv-222 flying boat in 1:72 scale

Use

  • Moisten only the backing paper, lift the 3D decal off it and fix the part with PVA glue onto the prepared surface of the panel; a decal softener does not belong here, as it attacks the print.
  • Shape the steel belts into a natural drape and attach them with super glue.
  • Touching the belts up and weathering them gently is recommended.

Who the set is for

  • Modelers of the Bv-222 flying boat in 1:72 scale
  • Anyone interested in a quick and faithful color interior
  • Builders who do not want to paint tiny instruments by hand

This is a detailing set. The aircraft model, paints and glue are not included in the package.

FAQ

Colored 3D decals of the instrument panels and steel photo-etched seat belts for the cockpit of the Bv-222.

Both – the instruments are 3D decals, the seat belts are of etched steel.

No, this is a detailing set; a Bv-222 model has to be bought separately.
