The Kits-World 3D color instrument panels for the Bristol Beaufighter TF Mk.X 1:72 are relief color decals for the cabin of the twin-engine torpedo aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
An accessory for the pilot's area, not a kit. The full-color print on decal paper carries a raised relief and replaces the flat plastic part. In 1:72 scale the instrument panel is small and writing the dials out by hand is practically impossible — and that is precisely where a relief decal makes the most sense.
The Beaufighter TF Mk.X was the torpedo variant of the twin-engine aircraft with radial engines, deployed on coastal tasks. The crew was made up of a pilot and an operator; the pilot's area was placed well forward and with a good view, which means that on a model more is visible through the glazing than the size of the part would suggest.
In 1:72 scale the handling decides. Carry the cut-out part on tweezers with smooth flat jaws, never with sharp points — the relief is easily pierced. A damp soft brush works even better, as the decal holds on it by surface tension and can be slid off it exactly into place. Have good light over the work and better prepare a light-colored surface, so that a small part does not disappear on you.
It is a modeling accessory. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise. We recommend checking the match with your own kit.
