The AS-90 is a British 155 mm self-propelled howitzer introduced into service in the early 1990s. It provides mobile artillery support to ground forces and forms the backbone of the British Army's artillery. The vehicle combines tracked mobility with a powerful gun capable of rapid fire at long range.
At 1:72 scale, pay attention to cleanly finishing the small parts. Glue the plastic with thin liquid cement, treat the surface with a primer, and apply paint with an airbrush. Highlight the camouflage with fine washes and restrained pigments, so the model looks convincing rather than overdone at the smaller scale.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
