Responsibility details are not available.
This is a colored photo-etched instrument panel from the manufacturer Yahu Models in 1:72 scale. It is not a kit of an airplane but a finished accessory that sharpens the pilot's compartment of the model. The panel is laminated from several layers of photo-etch, so the dials and the panel look three-dimensional. The dial faces are printed in color and coated with a layer that imitates the glass of the instruments, which makes them look more realistic than an ordinary decal.
The Bücker Bü 131 Jungmann is a German single-engine trainer biplane from the 1930s. It served as a basic training machine and was widespread at a number of flying schools, and it was used after the Second World War as well. The open tandem cockpit leaves the instrument panel well in view, so detailing it pays off on the finished model.
Separate the part carefully from the fret and clean it up. It is glued with a small amount of super glue; do not paint over the color print, only pick it out with a dark wash in the recesses if you wish. The panel is meant to be set in place of the part from the base kit in the matching scale.
This is an accessory for a cockpit, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
