This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from Mirage Hobby represents the Polish C7P heavy artillery tractor. The model is built from plastic parts, and the package tends to hold photo-etched parts, tracks and decals for several color options. Check the exact package contents against the particular release.
The C7P was a Polish heavy artillery tractor produced from 1935, which used components of the Vickers 6T tank, built under license in Poland as the 7TP light tank. The C7P served to move heavy mortars, with several tractors used for a single mortar. After the Polish surrender in 1939 the captured machines were used by the Soviet and the German side alike.
With a tracked tractor we recommend assembling and fine-tuning the running gear before you close the hull. Glue the plastic with liquid modeling cement, apply a primer and spray the paints with an airbrush. The Polish camouflage patterns offered, as well as weathering and dusting, can be brought out with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
